Get set for a magical night this Bank Holiday Monday, August 5th 2019, as thousands are expected to see a stunning fireworks display centred along Bray Seafront, which will be accompanied by an incredible soundtrack.
The display itself is designed by Rocket Pyrotechnics Ireland and includes 193 approx. fireworks producing 1728 approx. projectiles, 9 flame units and 2.5 approx. tonnes of equipment which will be launched on the seafront opposite the Bandstand.
Why not make a day of it and head to Bray where you can enjoy all the thrills and spills of the Seafront Funfair’s final day, grab a bite to eat at one of the many fantastic cafés, pubs and restaurants throughout the town then finish off the evening with a stunning fireworks display.
Eugene Finnegan from Bray Tourism said, “We hope everyone who attends Monday evening’s fireworks display is impressed with this fabulous show, it’s one of the largest free displays in the country. We look forward to seeing you there!”
Motorists are advised to expect delays before and after this event with limited public parking along the seafront. Visitors are encouraged to use public transport. Plan your journey here.
This year’s fireworks are proudly brought to you by The Martello Hotel, Bray with event build-up at 9:30 pm by East Coast FM’s Rob & Laura. The radio station will also be providing the soundtrack for the display which will be launching after 10 pm on Bank Holiday Monday, August 5th.
