N11/M11 Junction 4 to Junction 14 improvement scheme makes progress

Work on the N11/M11 Junction 4 to Junction 14 Improvement Scheme is progressing  through Phases 1 to 4 of the Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) Project Management Guidelines (PMG’s),Councillors and the public have been informed today (Weds).

The N11/M11 Junction 4 to Junction 14 Improvement Scheme is progressing through Phases 1 to 4 of the Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) Project Management Guidelines (PMG’s).

The Project Team  released the latest bulletin on the  scheme website which reported that the  Stage 1 Preliminary Options Assessment, which involved both Corridor and Transport assessments,  has recently been completed.

This Assessment has resulted in a number of the potential corridors that were included in the Public Consultation of November 2019 not going forward for further consideration.

The remaining corridors will now progress to further Stage 2 Assessment. It is expected that the results of this assessment and the emerging preferred option will be published in Quarter 2 of 2021.
