Plans have been unveiled for a new 25,000 square metre town centre in Bray which will open its doors in spring 2020.
Construction has already begun on the new Bray Town Centre on the former Florentine Centre site.
The 3-storey development will comprise space for 3 anchor tenants – one of which is reserved – in addition to 9 individual retail units and restaurant / café space and 250 car parking spaces. The plans also incorporate the development of a new urban street – accessed from Bray Main Street – and a central plaza with pedestrian access from Quinsborough Road.
Letting agent Savills have already confirmed a pre-let agreement with Press Up Group. This agreement will see a five-screen Stella cinema, an exciting new leisure concept and renowned Elephant and Castle.
The site is owned by Wicklow County Council, who appointed property company Oakmount to develop the site in March 2018.
