Get your workout on Sunday 12th August with Vinyasa Yoga from 4 pm and a Zumba dance class from 5 pm at Bray Bandstand.
Vinyasa Flow yoga is the perfect combination to work out both your body and mind, run by Christina Hanney. Sweat out all the toxins while re-energising your body and calm your mind with synchronised breathing (don’t forget your yoga mat!). Then get the blood pumping with a Brazilian Zumba Dance class based on the movements of Latin dances like merengue, cumbia, salsa and reggaeton run by Lara Fabiola.
