Barefoot Beach Rescue Project

The Clean Coasts Programme and Barefoot Wine are delighted to bring you the ‘Beach Rescue Project’ on the 19th of May in Bray, Co. Wicklow at 2 pm.

The event is part of Barefoot’s ‘World Beach Rescue Day’ and is being held in Ireland for the second time, aiming to create a fun and festive atmosphere whilst drawing attention to coastal issues such as marine litter.

The day’s activities are free and open to the public; they include a Big Beach Clean and an after party including a BBQ and entertainment in Butler & Barry for everyone who takes part. There will also be a glass of Barefoot wine for those over 18, to toast a job well done!

There will also be plenty of giveaways on the day, including prizes for those who collect the most litter.
