Signal Arts Centre was set up in 1990 as a focal point for the visual arts in Bray and North County Wicklow. It is a place where artists can both make work and make their work accessible to the public. It is provides welcoming space where visitors to the gallery can enjoy work from the year long exhibition programme, in a variety of media.
